I need to run (wihtout GUI) the Img2cad application in order to convert an image file (i.e. BMP) to DXF with pre-defined scale.

Unfortunately, you can't use the program without the GUI. However, the application can convert image files like BMP to vector type like DXF. To see the possible options that you can set before you start the conversion process, go to Option menu inside the program.
